When we saw a great offer on leasing a new Honda Pilot at Prime Saco,we called and spoke to Chris Prosser. Chris was friendly and helpful answering all of our questions. He explained all aspects of the lease and made our test drive experience excellent. Having been to many dealerships over the last few months, I rate my experience at Prime five stars for their non-nonsense approach that focused on putting me in the vehicle that was right for us. Very accommodating I went into prime Honda for a routine oil change service for my 2016 Accord and I requested that the headlights be inspected for defects because one w I went into prime Honda for a routine oil change service for my 2016 Accord and I requested that the headlights be inspected for defects because one was not working properly. They found the defect and honored the warranty, the parts weren’t in stock. To expedite the process they requested that the part was overnighted & the dealership issued me a loaner vehicle for the 24 hours that was needed to make the necessary repairs.
