She was extremely helpful and was able to advocate on my behalf to defer the cost of the repairs to Honda. She also arranged for the repairs to be completed in 1 weeks time. More

The test drive was good, and I declined to do highway driving because I felt it was not necessary. We struck a deal the following day, and went in to dealership to complete paperwork. The wait was about an hour, since things were " hopping" and Kyle was finishing up another deal. Everything else went smoothly, and I was shown the basics of the dash board. Lack of communication Had scheduled appointment for oil change at 11am left vehicle and was advised they would call when vehicle was ready. Never received a call. I called at 4:15pm and was informed vehicle was ready. 5 hours to do an oil change and no phone call - very disappointing. More

Today, I got to experience another indication that they hire people who are customer-centric and create a culture that fosters that attitude came from an interaction with their maintenance man, Johnny while waiting for my oil change to be finished. I went to the restroom to see if I could wash off ink that had smeared all over my hand. Johnny was getting something from the supply closet by the restroom so I asked him if he had anything that would take it off. Smiling, he took a spray bottle from the shelf and said it should do the trick. The ink came off easily, so I sprayed some on a paper towel to wipe off the ink that had smeared on my briefcase. He must have seen me doing this because the next thing I know, he's at my table with the bottle and a cleaning rag. He proceeds to remove the ink from my briefcase. Talk about providing "Wow" customer experience! You can bet I will be sharing this story with friends and in customer service training programs. P.S. As I was walking to my car in the service bay, I hear a "have a great day Sir!" It was the young man who was doing the oil changes. What a great example of a company and their employees who get it that customer service is everybody's job. More

Cory greeted me like I was an ‘old’ friend he hadn’t seen for a while and it was the first time we met. He explained the process and told me he would come get me after they were done with my oil change. I cannot believe how FAST they were as I also had a tire rotation and a three point inspection. Just a little over a half hour!!! I will look forward to my next need for service!!! More
