Very accommodating I went into prime Honda for a routine oil change service for my 2016 Accord and I requested that the headlights be inspected for defects because one w I went into prime Honda for a routine oil change service for my 2016 Accord and I requested that the headlights be inspected for defects because one was not working properly. They found the defect and honored the warranty, the parts weren’t in stock. To expedite the process they requested that the part was overnighted & the dealership issued me a loaner vehicle for the 24 hours that was needed to make the necessary repairs. This accommodated my work schedule and was generously convenient for me. Thank you for your hospitality and proper efforts Prime Honda. More
