Went in for Warranty service and it took much longer than expected. The team was very nice about it, tried to do their best, but it just took too long. Then a mistake was made, which caused the car to be b expected. The team was very nice about it, tried to do their best, but it just took too long. I’m been dealing with IRA Lexus of Danvers for over 15 years. Their service and sales departments have always been outstanding! I recently had my car detailed and it looked like it had just came out o years. Their service and sales departments have always been outstanding! I recently had my car detailed and it looked like it had just came out of the showroom as it did 8 1/2 years ago! I dealt with Dennis Pellegrino in Service for the first time and he was outstanding! Looking forward to dealing with him soon again in November with my 2024 RX 350! More
