I have had a terrible experience with Ira Mazda over the past few months from their sales team all the way up to their GM. I was first connected with Greg Flowers for the sale of my car. Greg would take mor past few months from their sales team all the way up to their GM. I was first connected with Greg Flowers for the sale of my car. Greg would take more than a couple of business days to respond to me except for when it was time to put a deposit down for the car. This was extremely frustrating as I would have a four-hour round trip drive to the dealership and would not hear from my salesman until I call the front office to get ahold of him. After the purchase I left a bad review and got a call from Bernie, who said told me they would give me a free year maintenance contract if I submitted a new review. I believed him, submitted a new review, and never heard from him again. I never got a maintenance contract and he never submitted for one on my behalf. I left him about 6 voicemails and never heard back. Then I started calling the GM, Justin Lotter, who seemed disappointed in his team but clearly has done nothing about it since I have called him three times and have yet to get my promised maintenance contract, and upcoming service that falls under my warranty. I am trying to stop interacting with Ira Mazda in Westwood as fast as possible, and I hope everyone avoids this dealership and has a good car buying experience elsewhere. More

I have been to Ira several times looking for a specific car and color. My first conversation was with Bernie. He was so understanding on what I wanted and why without judgement. I finally found the car I wanted, which was actually a completely different color than what I originally wanted the past few months. My salesman Greg was wonderful. He had the car ready before I got there, cleaned and ready to go. Once I said yes, I was introduced to Alex who brought me out to the car to explain all the bells and whistles! No question I had couldn't be answered. On to finance, Paul, he went over the warranty and the Carfax and extended warranties without being pushy. I did pay cash for my car so we didn't go over financing. Overall, I love this dealership and everyone I interacted with. Dealership has changed a lot in just a few months. Terrible uniforms consisting of a t-shirt and baseball caps remind me of a fast food joint. Some staff were just lounging around. Time to move to a different car brand?! I brought the car for service and the car was not vacuumed inside like it has been all the previous years.
