I’m disappointed with my recent experience at Ira Mazda this time around. The plastic trim on the right side of the back trunk came off on its own, and when I brought it in, I was told it must have been ca this time around. The plastic trim on the right side of the back trunk came off on its own, and when I brought it in, I was told it must have been caused by a hit. However, there’s no visible damage or signs of impact, and it seems more like a manufacturing defect than external damage. I thought it would have been fixed for free. More
