Ramon was great finishing up our lease contract and even helped expedite the process so we could pick up our dog from daycare on time! I went in for my first car maintenance (just an oil change and tire rotation), after purchasing my car from this dealership in November of 2024. I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 pm, and then called change and tire rotation), after purchasing my car from this dealership in November of 2024. I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 pm, and then called a same day early morning before to ask what the wait time would be. I was told an hour. I show up, dropped my car off and check in exactly 1:30 pm. I was not out of the dealership until 3:45-4:00 pm. Absolutely INSANE. They are very dismissive there. I would highly highly highly recommend to NOT got to this location. More
