Arrived on time and was greeted by service rep. Agreed on service plan and directed to a clean wait area. I chose the quiet room area as lobby was noisy. Ira had a great synthetic oil change special which I took advantage of since the BRZ was due. Scheduled online for a 0800 appointment. They had me out in under an hour. I called in the morning and explained my issue. Sandra indicated I could bring the car in as soon as I could get there. The car was taken right in. I had stopped using dealers for service needs on my Subaru until an extended warranty took me to Ira Subaru in Manchester. They have helped me keep my car safe and affordable. They do not up-sell and all communication is clear and friendly. While waiting for my car I talked with Steve and Robert over on the sales side. Again, lots of useful info, respectful approach. They are eager to sell their product, but not overly-aggressive in the manner of many sales folks elsewhere. The predominant strength here is that the people in service and sales LISTEN to the customer, and respond accordingly. They do not seem to rely on cookie-cutter pitches. A very well-run place and a sparkling clean facility. More
