I have been doing business with Manchester Subaru since 1997. I have bought 4 Foresters and am the current owner of an Impreza. I was looking to downsize from the Forester to the smaller Impreza; Manchester Subaru was great in providing me not only a car within the price range I was looking for, but giving me the additional feature of the hatch back, which is very handy for my needs. Buying a car can be an anxious experience; Jason, Raymond and all the people at Manchester Subaru are very friendly and make it a very pleasant experience. He was not at the dealership the day I picked the car up but he informed me before hand that he would not be there and made sure that I understood the material. He called me at home a couple of days later to check in and be sure that everything was OK....Now, I call that service!!!! More

Steve went above and beyond our expectations for helping us buy our new car. He worked with our schedule and even though he was very busy, we never felt rushed or pushed aside. We really appreciated his taking his time to explain the vehicle and its features as well as car pricing in general. We bought our first Subaru from Xan in 2006 and we had such a great experience then that it never crossed our mind to go anywhere else when we were buying our second Subaru. Steve confirmed that Manchester Subaru is a great dealership. One of our concerns as women is that car salesman do not respect us. With both cars we bought at Manchester we were always treated kindly and respectfully. Steve also went out of his way to facilitate our getting the title sooner than typically sent because of circumstances that arose to make it difficult for us to get our title at a later date in Vermont. I should mention that we have a Subaru dealership within 2 miles of our home in Vermont, but we choose to drive over an hour to Manchester because the service and prices are that good. We would recommend Manchester Subaru to everyone. We also feel fortunate to have worked with Steve because he really did go above and beyond to help us, even after we already bought the car and he really didn't need to get involved. Without a doubt, my best car buying experience. I was looking for a new car and had narrowed it to Honda, Toyota, and Subaru. I was looking at either compact SUVs or a subcompact hatchbacks and had studi looking for a new car and had narrowed it to Honda, Toyota, and Subaru. I was looking at either compact SUVs or a subcompact hatchbacks and had studied the Consumer Reports ratings. Manchester Subaru was my third stop of the day. After a couple of minutes browsing the lot, I was greeted by the salesperson, Joseph Rhodes. He encouraged me to take a look around, pointed me in the right direction of the model (Subaru Forester) I was interested in, and told me to let him know if I had any questions. No pressure, polite, and friendly. Joseph and I looked at several of the Foresters on the lot and he pulled one out for a test drive. He was very helpful at explaining the various options and controls in the car. At no point was there any "what can I do to get you in the car today?" sales pitch that I've experienced at other places. After the test drive, I was sold. Joseph gave me a quote, which I thought was very competitive and told me to contact him. However, I was ready to purchase that day, so Joseph arranged the paperwork and explained the purchasing process and financing options clearly. The Subaru Forester that I was interested in was available that day. I had been renting a car and had casually mentioned that I was returning it. Joseph offered to meet me at the rental car place with my new Subaru Forester. Great service! Good selection. Fair deal. No high pressure tactics. Would definitely buy from here again. More
