Hello Alyssa Papajohn. We appreciate the feedback but understand everything was disclosed to your dad who made the decision for you on the 2013 Corolla you purchased. All fees were disclosed and we clearly presented our online pricing to your dad. You also signed the preliminary paperwork agreeing to the figures your dad agreed to before finalizing the purchase. Also keep in mind that you actually arrived 45 minutes later which is what cause the delay in the finance department because we had to take care of the other customers that were already waiting.
