Hello CJ, we appreciate your feedback about your recent service and since I cannot find you in our system I want to make sure you understand out service process. We do not just perform simple oil changes like the quick lube places but instead we do a full inspection of your vehicle which includes checking your tires, brakes, all filters and safety related parts to ensure your vehicle is in safe running condition. We then perform the oil change service and wash your vehicle before you leave. Thank you Steve for getting back so quickly! I was not aware that there was the nice extra services, I had just asked for an oil change. So, my expectations were not in line with what happened, no worries. I will know next time. BTW, I did see the full inspection report on my car - that was nice although the brakes were not checked.
