I just had new tires , inspection and oil filter and oil change at prime . Tomas was my service mgr. I was quoted $1284.00 just for tires from the Town Fair Tire web site and Prime not only BEAT their Websi change at prime . Tomas was my service mgr. I was quoted $1284.00 just for tires from the Town Fair Tire web site and Prime not only BEAT their Website price but I had everything done listed above including a car wash for under $1,000.00. For example the tires that came with the car worked really well so we wanted to only buy that brand and model so Towne Fair Tire Web site listed them at about $212.00 each and Prime gave them to me for $164.xx about a $60.00 savings per tire ! WOW ! We bought our car new from Prime and have had it there most of the time when we needed service and to be HONEST they did and do a GREAT JOB ! When I need parts I always buy them there and you know that the part is going to fit because it is made for the car. We have owned many cars in our lifetime from corvettes to classics and we have to say that WE love Subaru with all of their safety features as well being well built. We believe that Subaru looks out for the families buying their cars. We would buy another one tomorrow if we needed one. More

I was sold a used car with a part of one of its safety systems entirely missing. They were unwilling to repair it or cover the costs, and insisted that I must have gotten in an accident or something since systems entirely missing. After having a really bad experience at Exeter Subaru, (s/o to Ryan and service “manager” Christine) I brought my forester to Prime. And the only regret I have is that I didn’t purchase my vehicle here at (s/o to Ryan and service “manager” Christine) I brought my forester to Prime. And the only regret I have is that I didn’t purchase my vehicle here at Prime because I will never take my car anywhere else. A big thank you to Aaron G in the service department for really excellent customer service in ensuring all my concerns were addressed, and the issues ignored at Exeter were fixed. You can be sure I won’t go else where for service and when it’s time for a new car I’ll be coming here to Prime. More
I am deeply disappointed! I purchased a 2022 Honda CRV Touring that I found online. The buyers spec sheet was very clear. Upon arriving to look at vehicle, the sales man men I purchased a 2022 Honda CRV Touring that I found online. The buyers spec sheet was very clear. Upon arriving to look at vehicle, the sales man mentioned that it did have new snow tires. Ok. I was fine with that. Upon driving vehicle I decided that I would purchase vehicle and paid full price. Since then, I purchased 4 new all weather tires and when having the tires put on, I was asked why I had the wheels that were there on the car as they were not good. I was told and “bought” by dealer that it had 19” alloy wheels with grey inserts. Tire store said this was not the case. I then called Prime and asked for my sellers build sheet/spec sheet of all details of the car. They gave me a total run around and first told me they could not get it as car was now sold and it “disappeared” from system. After 48 hrs, 2 emails and 4 phone calls to the salesman abs dealership, I received a screenshot of spec sheet. It clearly stated “19 inch alloy wheels with grey inserts”. I then called the salesman back who sold me the car and he started to backtrack and say that he mentioned that the car actually didn’t have those wheels etc etc. I was very clear that I was told by him about the tires but nothing about the wheels. The sellers info packet clearly states I bought the car with the 19” alloy wheels with grey inserts”. I actually bought the car with “17” steel after market wheels. The salesman then told me that the sellers info spec guide that was posted online for this specific vehicle AND sent to me was just a “generic” listing. What? Not good. What did I buy? Where is the spec sheet for my vehicle? I feel terribly abused as a woman. If this is how Prime and this dealership does business and treats women, the public needs to be aware. More
