He was very helpful throughout the whole deal, I left happy and not stressed like I was when I walked in (because buying a car is stressful). Service this time was wonderful. We bought my car from the previous owner and then 1-2 weeks later, the ownership changed. For my first oil change, I had to get my paperwork because Prime would not honor the terms of free oil changes that had been agreed upon at the time of sale w/o seeing it in black and white. That gave me a clue. The previous owner, Todd Berkowitz, had always treated us honorably. I had a warranty issue so I had to go to Prime this time. More

Wasn't happy with the fact that I had to ask but the gentleman before me was told his senior discount was applied automatically without him having to ask.Then when I handed him the ten dollar birthday gift card i was told seeing i was given the senior discount I couldn't use the birthday gift. Very disappointed. My service was over $600.00 so I think I could of been treated more fairly. Just wonder if I was treated the way I was because I am a women. More

not good Not a good place to do business> I bought a used Hyundai last July. they said the car was check out, No, the cabin filer i have never seen anything so Not a good place to do business> I bought a used Hyundai last July. they said the car was check out, No, the cabin filer i have never seen anything so dirty, guck about a inch thick, now the car really stinks,[ never changed ] they sent me on my way and i did not know, no jack, no spare, no tire and i drove it to scarborough maine with nothing, gas cap lid wont open to put gas in, car stays reeved up on the highway to fast. side mirror sticks, i did not look at tires, had to buy 4 to be safe. now i have find someone to clean this car, brakes howl after one month and they said were changed out, yeah. no, i did call and said different car or send me 900. to fix these things, the car is in Florida now where i live. very bad business so far. looks like i will buy my new Subaru this winter else where..
