I used to service here but left after a bad experience about 10 years ago, so I decided to give it another shot. I dropped my car off and waited for a phone call. I received a call the next day from Russ who was very polite on the phone but has no customer service skills at all! He started off the conversation by saying “I think it’s tome to put this car to bed”. He went on to say how the turbo was bad, the thought the head gaskets were leaking and it needed a valve adjustment, he went on to say that it needed $4,000 worth of work! After calling around to other places we found out that all it needed was a $100 sensor. Don’t waste your time or money with these guys they don’t know what they’re taking about. More
