Checking in for my appointment was also polite and professional. We discussed an upcoming long trip and it was easy to add an oil change and tire rotation (oil changes are free! ). Comfortable waiting room, lots of free hot coffee options, quiet TV with morning news. Service rep came in to let me know that my vehicle also needed an alignment with the beginning of uneven tire wear. I was quoted a reasonable price and that was taken care of. Spent about 90 minutes total waiting but time passed quickly! Nice to have the same service representative interact with me at the beginning, middle and end of my appointment. More
