Hello Christopher Gardner I always appreciate feedback but there seems to be a few things that not correct in your review. I am looking at your signed paperwork from the service you had done on 11/6 and you did not spend $2,500 and you Forester has over 82,000 miles. You also did not mention that you do all of your service at Valvoline and even then we provided you with a free loaner vehicle and did an alignment for you at no charge. You also missed calculating all of the hours in labor needed to remove both control arms from the suspension to replace the bushings. The reason there are some lights still on is because you declined to do the necessary work to repair it. Our pricing is fully transparent and requires your approval before moving forward.
