No aggravating confrontation, or cheap sale tricks were pushed on me during our negotiations! *Time efficiency* 4/5 Overall the time it took from walking into the dealership, test driving, paperwork and detailing took about 4-5 hours! This is a little longer than I initially wanted and felt things could have been sped up! Having everything together and presenting offers with rates already figured out would help improve this process. Instead of 'beating around the bush', a lot of people(myself included) prefer an expedient process. *Quality of comfort*4/5 My time at the dealership was mostly pleasant, my only complaint would be that the background music was unnecessarily loud. Making negotiations was rather annoying (having to think over the music) and as a result made the whole process feel slower. However ultimately was only disappointing aspect. *Deatailing and maintenance*5/5 After sealing the deal, I received a full tank of gas and a full detail of the new car. This was an exceptional service as Steve Silva, made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted and even after returning the car after detailing. I was slightly unhappy with some of the cleaning. Without hesitation Steve made sure it was brought back immediately and detailed to my exact liking. If it wasn't for the wonderful service Steve Silva provided I would have wanted this category a 3.5/5 but thanks to Prime Subaru's awesome customer service I couldn't deduct stars in this category! Thank you Steve Silva for all of your help and thank you Prime Subaru for my new car! I will be back in the future! More
