Subaru sent a card stating that the car's airbag was dangerous and would be repa I enjoyed polite, professional service from Joshua B this morning. Subaru sent a card stating that the car's airbag was dangerous and would be repaired at no charge. This actually happened. During my 2 hour wait, Joshua was extremely pleasant. The waiting room had a comfortable couch, and they had green tea. This made the the wait quite relaxing. The gentleman servicing the ladies room was extremely accommodating. He insisted on my using the sink to wash my hands before finishing what he was working on. Overall, it was an excellent experience. More

Even though I had no appointment, Josh was very helpful when I came in and explained that Ron had told me to come in. They got my car fixed in a little over an hour at no charge! My mom was with me through the experience and she was so impressed with the service that she’s definitely planning to come to Prime Subaru Manchester when she needs to replace her car. More
