I am very sorry concerning the confusion surrounding the Blind Spot Detection feature you wanted. Blind Spot Detection comes in a separate model/package which would incur a difference of $1300.00, which you declined, primarily because it included additional items you did not want. The pricing we charged was $462.00 for the package which you did receive. Because the wiring harness is different, there was no way to retro-fit blind spot detection into your vehicle. We made a genuine offer to remedy the situation by buying back your vehicle with NO depreciation and just a small mileage charge for the mileage you had driven. You declined our offer. We finally settled on a courtesy offer of $164.50 for splitting the dealer cost of the package you did receive. I understand Subaru of America also provided some remedy as well. NH BBB also investigated your claim and dismissed it after determining that we addressed all of your issues fairly, even though you were still not satisfied. Again, I am very sorry you could not get the blind spot detection system you wanted without the added cost of the other items in the package. Todd Berkowitz, Owner
