Bought 2007 Subaru Outback 10 months ago from Manchester Subaru. Had to replace Head Gaskets and both Rear Bearings in 2 month period and needed $550 more dollars for repairs. I did not want car anymore due to reliability, so I spoke with Manager and then to Joey. Joey was great and very professional. However, I believe that they could have given more incentive with regards to the new care purchase, due to the amount spent on repairs to Outback. I love the new Impreza, and the gas milage is great! I feel that this vehicle was the right choice. I do recommend getting a 1 year warranty in writing for used vehicle, to avoid the hassle of dealing with repairs and who is responsible. I do not think I got a great deal, but the salesman Joey LaBranche made it a good experience. More

I went in to Manchester Subaru to get some pricing for leasing a new Impreza. I was upfront about this from the moment I walked in and Xan did not seem put off by that at all and instantly sat down and as leasing a new Impreza. I was upfront about this from the moment I walked in and Xan did not seem put off by that at all and instantly sat down and asked me questions to determine what vehicle was best suited for me. He worked some basic numbers to give me an idea, and I ended up leasing my new Impreza and driving off the lot with it all in the same day. He was helpful from start to finish, and managed to make car buying a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Xan to anyone I know in the market for a Subaru! More

The reputation of Manchester Subaru precedes them, one of the most ethically and comforting car dealerships I have ever stepped foot in. Xan Perterson the sales rep I had dealt took me in right away, I was there to see one of the other sales reps and insisted on helping me, per his reply: “We all help each other out we our a team“…..In the car industry when have you ever heard that? Go to Autofair the most cut throat dealership in New England, you wont! Go to Team Nissan, you’re only a number, wait a minute go to Grappone “tell your wallet to put a blind fold up they’ll hit it till all the cash comes out” their only there to make a profit that’s it!. Now that I’m done that little tangent, Xan Peterson Went through the whole process which took about an hour. I had the best car(which was a 2009 Subaru forester with an amazing moon roof! At this point come to find out the other sales rep was still with another customer yet he still kept helping me and insisted “we our a team really no problem, we treat our team as good as our customers….” that’s exactly what he did! I went into Subaru of Manchester with the intention to use them as a bargaining chip for Grappone Toyota of concord. Grappone had a 2010 rav 4 50k miles for $17,120 I was turning in my lease which was rolling 4k negative equity, I know rolling that much is difficult but it took me telling them I’m backing out of a deal for them to say “lets make a deal.” In my head no! lets not Subaru of Manchester/Xan was upfront ethical and looking out for my best interest I felt way more comfortable doing business with them. Had I stayed with my original deal I would have had an average deal from Grappone it would of brought my lease payment from 430 to 360/month. Xan came up with a great offer that gave me the Forester and the ability to keep my Lease. They rolled in the lease payments into my car payment and it was still less then what Grappone offered…..Now that took one visit and no haggling needed! And they discounted my warranty a couple hundred bucks just for waiting….I didn’t ask. Plus it wouldn’t of mattered there waiting room and staff were amazing they had free beverages and time flew and didn’t even notice. When you go to Subaru of Manchester ask for Xan he is the man! And that rhymes so you know he’s good! …lastly, in all my spite with dealing with all the other dealerships I plan on voicing my opinion about Subaru of Manchester I have sold cars before I’m still in sales just not the car business this place is run to the T people need to know! Gary Smith is a wonderful salesperson: honest and he knows lots about Subaru's! He sold us both our 2013 BRZ and our 2013 XV Crosstrek. My husband and I had decided on the BRZ when we talked to Gary abo knows lots about Subaru's! He sold us both our 2013 BRZ and our 2013 XV Crosstrek. My husband and I had decided on the BRZ when we talked to Gary about it, and we thought we would be getting a dark grey model; however, a red 2013 became available at Manchester Subaru and Gary was able to get it for us. We are extremely pleased with it: highway mileage is great and the handling is superb. We had bought a 2010 Subaru Forester from another dealer in New Hampshire--what a mistake! They did not only charge us an exorbitant amount of money for the 2010 model but they also did not offer the type of honesty that we found at Manchester Subaru. I brought the 2010 Forester to Manchester Subaru, they bought it from us and we happily bought the 2013 XV Crosstrek for less than we paid for the 2010 Forester. I would also like to mention and thank the owner, Todd Berkowitz, for his honesty and kindness in dealing with us. We have had the Service Department install wheel locks and a remote starter on the Crosstrek and were very pleased with the service and the time it took for the installation. All in all, we have recommended Manchester Subaru to all our friends, and if you are reading this, please take it as the highest recommendation we could give: 5 Stars! More
Before buying at Manchester Subaru I went to most of the other Subaru dealers closer to me (I'm in Dracut ma) then I went to Manchester Subaru, their pricing was better and they offered more for my trade in other Subaru dealers closer to me (I'm in Dracut ma) then I went to Manchester Subaru, their pricing was better and they offered more for my trade in (an 08 wrx) than all the other dealers. As far as the salesman I dealt with, Joey Lebranch was the best I've ever encountered. He didnt try to twist my arm to take something I didn't want and didnt play the high pressure game I strongly suggest you go to Manchester Subaru and work with Joey Lebranch for your next vehicle More
I came to the dealership a while ago and did not have the best of credit at the time. Aaron took the time to still work with me even after I explained to him that I did not have the best credit and may not b best of credit at the time. He worked with me finding me the right car that would be within what I could afford monthly, Keeping in mind as he explained the rate may not be the lowest. Him and Todd (The Owner) worked on this and got me into a New Impreza Sedan. I don't think I would have had the chance to get into a car like this if it was not for Aaron and Todd, They took the time to research exactly what I needed and could get. I was in shock when they came and told me that I was approved at around 5% with no money down and with credit that had me getting denied everywhere else, Except buy here pay here's. I had been to several dealerships before this and once I mentioned that I may not have the best credit no one would really take the time to work with me unless I filled a application for credit out first. I almost gave up on trying to get a new vehicle and would have ended up with a buy here pay here car, That would have been a 100,000 mile car with high interest and problems I would have to fix more often than not. I would recommend this dealership to everyone as I have since I bought my new car. Thanks to Aaron and Todd I have a new car that I will not have to fix all the time and at a price I can afford and not pay thousands in interest on. I have been back several times to the dealership for service and the service department was great as well. They even cleaned my car and vacuumed the interior just because I brought it in for a Oil Change. More
