Not a typical pushy car dealership. Very good and respectable customer service. Joey was great, he didn't make us feel pressured to leave with a car that day (even though we did!) and sat through and respectable customer service. Then he did a very thorough run through of every feature and button in the car and left us with his cell phone number for any future questions or concerns. Our initial experience with this dealership was great. I even left a glowing review right here on this site. However, now that they have my money and a glowing review, things have changed. They were advertising free service for two years if you purchased a car in August. We had a discussion with our sales person, Joey LaBranche about this and he explained to us that it's not every oil change, but every other. We asked if it had to be put into writting and he said no that it would just show in the computer that we purchased the car in August and we should be all set. Now that it's time for service, we are being told that they didn't offer this in August and that it's not in writting. My Husband spoke with two different people at the dealership regarding this matter. The first person said he'd get back to him, but alas, one month later... no call. So my Husband called back and spoke to a person named Joseph ?? Joseph told him they would not offer it and even said, "we both know it's not free, nothing is free, you pay for it". I will NOT be paying for it at Manchester Subaru!!!!! The customer service AFTER the sale was the complete opposite as before the sale!! I have to say that I was so excited to tell everyone how great my experience was but now I will definitely be telling them all how DISAPPOINTED I am. More
I just bought my first new car and having shopped around throughout the New Hampshire dealerships I LOVED Manchester Subaru. My husband and I showed up one saturday and not expecting to purchase the 2013 outback for another few weeks, but we honestly couldn't beat the price Joey came back to us with the exact car I wanted and also the have to haves (moonroof and other accessories). We are so happy with our purchase and would recommend Joey LaBranche to anyone buying a new car who wants an easy-going, not your typical sales man, he doesn't push, and he really gets you what you want for the right price:)!!! I bought a 2012 Subaru Impreza thru CarsDirect.com and connected me to Manchester Subaru of New Hamphire. Since I live in Westchester County New York, I arrange for a Saturday or Sunday delivery. My schedule changed suddenly mainly due to Hurricane Sandy and I MUST have the car on a Saturday before 5:30pm. Joey took the initiative; went out of his way and drove 5 HOURS just to have the car delivered on time. I call that TOP NOTCH and EXCELLENT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! He came prepared with papers; explained everything in detail; signed the papers and DONE! Joey LaBranche from Manchester Subaru, my wife and I thank you for the service you had provided. It was a real pleasure buying my first brand new Subaru from Joey LaBranche at Manchester Subaru. As a woman, I felt a bit intimidated at the two other dealerships I visited before going to Manchester because they had a limited inventory and I don't know a lot of the technical aspects of cars. Manchester had a huge inventory so they had the car, color and options I was looking for right on the lot, and I was able to compare and test drive. Joey is a true asset to this dealership and to car shoppers. He is personable, professional, friendly and knows his products. He walks his talk and drives a Subaru himself. There was absolutely no pressure or sales pitch; he was interested in giving me information, answering my questions, and letting me take my time, knowing that buying a car is a big investment. He helped me compare, explained features, explained how the cars are priced, and spent a few hours with me as he patiently walked me through the process of making an offer, trading in my old car, and financing the perfect car when I found it.....a 2013 Outback. I left with my new car the same afternoon, but before I did, he walked me through all the features, helped me set up my bluetooth, and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. He provided his contact info in case I had any questions, and followed up with me a week later to check in. I highly recommend this dealership and this sales representative, Joey LaBranche. More

He knows the product and is a great guy!This was the best new car buying expericence ever.Thats what makes a Subaru a Subaru.Thanks M.S. thanks Gary Smith share the love. Rich More
