I initially considered purchasing a bit closer to home, but after Bertera Subaru (Hartford, CT) stopped all communications after getting the deposit and tried to add $400 in dealer fees compared to the initial estimate, I called Jack. He was able to beat everyone's price within a few hundred miles (saved about $1500 over the local dealer), got me the car with the exact options I wanted, provided superb communication, and even personally delivered the car! After deciding it was finally time to get a new car I decided to go with an all wheel drive vehicle even though I've had great success with front wheel drive vehicles. Dec. and I needed a car immediately. Bob the sales associate passed me on to Joey Labranche and the rest was history. Joey explained the ins and outs of everything,I received a great deal on the vehicle and was just a pleasure to work with. He worked through all the information in a timely manner and had me on the road in my brand new car in about an hour which was well worth the wait. He also saved an important item that I left in the car when I contacted him and he told the people not to through the items away. They did anyway and he dug through the trash to get my items. Typical car sales questions like "If i can get my sales manager to OK this deal will you drive the car home today" or "I really don't think he will go for this but... if i can get my sales manager to OK this deal" etc. One young sales manager at a Subaru dealership was extremely rude and that was the last straw. I searched the net and found ZAG and then Manchester Subaru... checked Dealer Rater and From that point on we enjoyed a terrific car buying experience...our entire deal was transacted via e-mail and phone with Matt Knezevic our sales rep. Matt gave us a very fair price for Judy's 04 Forester and he delivered her new 2011 Forester a week after our first contact. We met Matt at Mcdonald's in Manchester Vermont and he had all the paperwork ready for us...half our later we drove home in the new car and Matt drove the 04 away.
