Last month I purchased a new 2011 Subaru Forester at Manchester Subaru. Before I showed up in person I had sent an online purchase offer. When I got to the dealership, they honored the online puchase offer,they gave me a fair price for my trade in, and a great financing deal. Joey went through all the paperwork, owners manual, controls and features on the vehicle and answered any and all questions. He even worked with the parts department to make sure all my requested optional accessories were well taken care of. I even ended up driving home in my new Forester the same day. I,ve been driving it now for a little over a month and I love it. All in all, I have to say that the professionalism and positive can do attitude of Joey LaBranche and the crew at Manchester Subaru made for a very satisfying vehicle purchase experience. This dealerships doing things right. More
I just bought a 2011 Subaru Outback from Manchester Subaru. After spending extensive phone time, computer time, and visiting my local dealer, I found TrueCars.com and Dealerrater.com. I got this info. from Consumer Reports Money Advisor at the very last minute. I ended up saving about $3000 over sticker and $1440 over my local dealer I called Jack and he immediately gave me a great price, found exactly the car I wanted within hours and delivered it 2 days later to me in Vermont. I was really impressed by the fact that they are so committed to "walking the talk" and not finding ways to change the deal, add other charges or otherwise making me nuts. I have had and have heard about so many horror stories about dealers that it was a great relief to find an honest dealer with a great pricing structure. I recommend Manchester Subaru and Jack Berkowitz very highly. Why would you go anywhere else? More

I was able to work out the whole deal online. Very convenient to be able to negotiate a price that way, especially since it was done while I was moving into the area. My wife and I purchased a 2011 Subaru Impreza from Manchester Subaru entirely On-Line. The process was simple, smooth, and fast. Our phone contacts were with Todd Berkowitz, the owner, and Joey LaBranche, Sales Consultant. Even though we live 100 miles from Manchester Subaru, without us having to ask, Todd immediately offered free home delivery of our new car, and the convenience of doing all the paperwork in the comfort of our own home. We were also going to need some window tinting installed and Todd offered to send someone with a loaner vehicle to our house, pick up our car, leave us the loaner, and then deliver our car back after the tint was installed. All this was offered at no-charge knowing we lived 100 miles away. We had been talking with a few other dealers that week, and no one offered up front to make the process as easy as Todd did. Todd also told us Manchester Subaru provides FREE lifetime State Inspections on a new vehicle purchase. We hadn't been offered that by the other dealers we'd been in contact with. Our new Subaru was delivered by Joey LaBranche, Sales Consultant. We've been buying new cars every 3 to 5 years for 30 years, and Joey was one of the most professional, courteous, and polite car sales people we've ever dealt with. His delivery of the vehicle to us, and thorough explanation of all the paperwork was excellent. Joey was patient and really took the time to do a professional delivery. Now comes the part that really separated Joey from EVERY other car sales person we've ever dealt with, the Post Sale Service. As I said, we were going to have window tinting professionally installed at the aftermarket service that Manchester Subaru uses. Joey made the appointment for us, and called us to confirm the day and time. He then offered to drive to our house and make good on the service Todd had offered us previously. I told Joey I'd drive to Manchester myself, but I'd be stranded there without a car. Joey then offered me to drive to Manchester Subaru and he would take care of having the tint done, while giving me his personal car to use for the day.....wow! This was the best post sale treatment from a car salesperson I'd ever received. All in all, Todd and Joey made everything easy and pleasant. When we shop for our next car we'll definitely make Manchester Subaru our first stop. More
My husband purchased a brand new Impreza WRX from Joey about three months prior to my shopping experience. My husband raved about Joe's professionalism, the time and energy spent by both Joey and the finance dept (they both stayed late to make sure everything went through), and then the service dept. when there was a wayward screw rattling around behind the dashboard (annoying! but they took care of it right away). I was eight months pregnant and was suddenly in need of a new, reliable, safe car. My husband immediately contacted Joey, who was kind enough to come in on his day off to accommodate my crazy work schedule. From the moment I met Joe, he made sure I was never far from a ladies room, always had water and candy to snack on, and even offered to go buy me dinner so I didn't go too long without eating. He pulled out my chair for me, made sure I didn't slip in parking lot, made sure the cars we test drove were warm before I got in, and was just overall very attentive to my needs. When it came time to actually get down to numbers, he stayed right on top of things, always keeping us updated. He even had the owner of the dealership get on the phone with the bank (who was dragging their feet with our paperwork). Both the owner, finance guy, and Joe ended up staying late to get the deal done. They even helped us transfer all of my stuff to the new car. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my purchasing experience. I will 100% recommend Manchester Subaru to my friends and family. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, happy, and satisfied with my experience. My husband and I are now dedicated Manchester Subaru customers.
