I bought an suv last Wednesday from Matt C. Thru the entire process he was needless to say USELESS. he was very RUDE. NEVER called me once. Texted every time very short, disrespectful and EXTREMELY USELESS. I had to reach out to him daily to find out what was going on with the car. I was told that it was going to be a couple days too get it registered. Was told every day x5 business day that he didn't know when the car was going to be ready. I thought the job of the runner for the registery was for the costumer-a convince- NOT IN THIS CASE- JUST A HUGH HEADACHE. I was texted yesterday at 3pm 7 DAYS after purchase-it was finally ready for pick up around 530pm but that he was not going to be there!!! Really.. Not available. He deserves NOTHING from this sale. Spoke with a manager when I picked it up. Told him MATT C. should not be working with the public, that I will definitely NOT be a repeat customer and that I would NOT refer my worst enemy to them beacause of the horrible treatment that I received from his sales associate.
