I bought an suv last Wednesday from Matt C. Thru the entire process he was needless to say USELESS. he was very RUDE. NEVER called me once. I was told that it was going to be a couple days too get it registered. Was told every day x5 business day that he didn't know when the car was going to be ready. I thought the job of the runner for the registery was for the costumer-a convince- NOT IN THIS CASE- JUST A HUGH HEADACHE. I was texted yesterday at 3pm 7 DAYS after purchase-it was finally ready for pick up around 530pm but that he was not going to be there!!! Really.. Not available. He deserves NOTHING from this sale. Spoke with a manager when I picked it up. Told him MATT C. should not be working with the public, that I will definitely NOT be a repeat customer and that I would NOT refer my worst enemy to them beacause of the horrible treatment that I received from his sales associate. He was apologetic but it's WAY too late for that. VERY DISSATISFIED CONSUMER More
