I'd visited the dealership several times, trying to figure out what I wanted in a new car. All the agents were respectful and helpful; I particularly felt comfortable with Jack's demeanor, he was very figure out what I wanted in a new car. When I was ready to buy I sought him out because I knew he'd give me the time I needed to make the best decision for myself. Todd worked well with my trade-in Toyota, too. Paperwork was processed efficiently and the new car was ready for me the next day. Jack reviewed the car features before I drove off. Jack Berkowitz, who helped me with everything from showing me cars, to figuring out a reasonable trade in for my old Subaru was amazing. Not only did jack great deal on my trade in, but he help me choose a reasonable monthly payments that fit my financial situation. Being just out of college and the economy being what it is, Jack did a great job trying to fit my needs as well as put easy to my "helpful, always asking questions" parents who were sitting in as I bought my first car. Todd Berkowitz but especially Jack handled all my questions as well as my parents questions to a T!! Not only did Jack help me with picking out a great car and getting a great deal, he also went above and beyond and helped me set up a insurance account with Geico! Which in any other place..I would have been told how to do it online and then sent me on my way. But Jack sat down with my parents and I and helped me with any questions I had when doing the over the phone set up for my new insurance. Not many dealers are willing to take time to do that! But jack, despite having another engagement took time away from his off duty to make sure I had everything in place with my insurance and car.
