Service Advisor Alyssa Particelli was very courteous and listened to my concerns seriously. My car’s rear wiper had been stuttering when used since the last three years and it was annoying. Back then they listened to my concerns seriously. My car’s rear wiper had been stuttering when used since the last three years and it was annoying. Back then they kept telling me that the wiper blade was replaced under warranty, but the issue still persisted, and now I realized that they had lied to me all along. When I mentioned this to Alyssa, she conveyed that to the technician and the stuttering issue is now fixed since they anc installed a new wiper blade. Alyssa, including the technicians worth five stars. Thank you! More
