Very poor service on vehicle. Service was scheduled ahead of time for front brakes on a Subaru outback (rotors, pads & calipers). Upon arrival at 7am the rep says parts may not be Service was scheduled ahead of time for front brakes on a Subaru outback (rotors, pads & calipers). Upon arrival at 7am the rep says parts may not be in, although service was scheduled in advance. A call is received at 11am from the rep stating parts cannot be collected asking to leave my car overnight. This rep then says parts are too far away to get (1 hour drive each way) when they had my car since 7am, ample time to retrieve the necessary parts. After several back and forths they managed to send a currier and get the parts. This leads me to safety concerns of the repair, as the mechanic asked if my car had lug nut locks, which it clearly did not. After picking up my car and driving approx 30 miles a loud knocking noise was heard. My front left wheel was about to fall off the car since the lug nuts were not tightened by the mechanic. This is a dangerous safety concern that Ira over looked. In addition no point leaving voice mails when they do not call back or care about quality service. Very poor service from the front of the house to the back of the house. Would not recommend Ira. More
