I was informed by a person at the front desk that according to the technician my car was unsafe to drive and I needed it fixed. This was an exaggeration, as all that needed to be fixed was the contro according to the technician my car was unsafe to drive and I needed it fixed. This was an exaggeration, as all that needed to be fixed was the control arm bushings, which would go unnoticed except for the fact that I had driven on the highway (a different commute than my usual city driving) which allowed for me to detect a slight vibration in the head of the car. I was given 2 estimate options. First was about $970 and the other about $1,400. I was told by the technician on the video he sent that the alignment is part of the service, and I was told by the front desk woman the same thing. When it came time to pay, though, the bill, which was supposed to be $1,056, jumped to $1,390 because of the additional charges I was not made aware of. After discussing this price change, the woman at the front desk was able to lower the price down to $1,129. Despite this, I am still unhappy because I made the effort to approve how much money I was going to pay before I agreed to the job, yet I was charged more without being told ahead of time. I also felt pressured to then pay for these extra services which I was told were included. Again, I am very dissatisfied with the disparency of this dealership. More
