I brought my car in to be fixed and they had to order a part for it. That part of the process was fine. When I left, I asked if I could leave the enterprise rental keys at the front desk. Service said y part for it. That part of the process was fine. When I left, I asked if I could leave the enterprise rental keys at the front desk. Service said yes. I walked to the front desk and the woman said to leave them in the sales office. The sales office said to leave them with service. I was annoyed at this point because I just wanted to leave the keys and go home. While I was in the sales office chris shields told me twice to have a nice day in a passive aggressive tone. I didn’t appreciate that at all. This is the second time I’ve been there. Very unprofessional. No thanks! More
