Ira Subaru - Service Center

This visit was to address a sticking passenger window. I purchased my 2020 legacy Subaru in October. It is a CPI and i purchased both bumper to bumper electrical warranty and tire protection. Three mon I purchased my 2020 legacy Subaru in October. It is a CPI and i purchased both bumper to bumper electrical warranty and tire protection. Three months later I needed one tire, due to a nail.. I was told I needed 4 New tires due to wear. Hmmm so I bought the tire warranty and three months later I needed 4 New tires because I needed one? Oh yes ‘you’d be out of balance’. Don’t you think a car purchased three month prior should have included good tires? $700 later. And they charged me $180 to ‘clean’ the starter switch. Really three month in and a charge for this? I was pleased they ‘approved’ changing the window mechanism on both windows. The Manager’ Gave me ‘one time only’approval for this…Shouldn’t the warranty have covered this? I’m closing my experience with IRA Subaru not very good. Once warranty is.over I will find another way to service my car. I did think the customer service person was genuine in trying to help with this. More
