Unsatisfactory service work completed had to return multiple times to have an issue fixed. Had to speak with a new manager multiple times. Their work was overpriced and completed incorrectly. I was so unhappy with the service I received that I took it to a competing Subaru dealership to verify the work completed. The other Subaru dealership quoted me for less, without revealing the price points for the service in advance. They could have done the work at a lower cost and with the correct parts. Ira Subaru will cut corners and overcharge you. I've been going to IRA Subaru for service for a while, and they completely lost my trust and business. Price shop your service before having it completed if you can wait to get the work done and you will see their true nature. It's also against Subaru employees to tell you to leave "positive" reviews...which they have attempted to suggest multiple times prior to this service visit. More

This service department is fantastic. Roger got me in without even having an appointment and never having been in the system before. He treated me with respect and throughout my entire experience I never felt like I was being undermined or overlooked. Many places I’ve gone are extremely condescending to a small female like me, even when you know your stuff, and I never once got that impression here. Highly recommend coming here for service. More

I came to Ira Subaru for a second opinion after having issues with my transmission. A local garage quoted me $2,200 + labor to fix it, and I was just hoping to verify the problem and get another estimate. issues with my transmission. A local garage quoted me $2,200 + labor to fix it, and I was just hoping to verify the problem and get another estimate. I worked with Yvonne, and she went MASSIVELY above and beyond to help me out. She got the problem diagnosed correctly, did some more research, and found it was all covered under a warranty I didn't realize I had! Not only that, she got me a loaner to drive around while the repair was being done, so there was no disruption to my daily life. Yvonne single-handedly made what I assumed would be an arduous, expensive ordeal into a pleasant walk in the park. Incredible, extraordinary experience! More

Good afternoon to all the workers at the dealership. I just needed a extra remote key made for my 2012 Subaru Outback. Key was $ 140.00. Program Key & Fob to Vehicle. 175.00. The Mechanic put the new key just needed a extra remote key made for my 2012 Subaru Outback. Key was $ 140.00. Program Key & Fob to Vehicle. 175.00. The Mechanic put the new key in coin holder, but when the lot employee put the car in employee parking area, it took another 15 minutes finding the car. Long story short, I had Yvonne D. Hop in passenger side & drove to mechanic to ask him were the key went.😂 I looked way under seat from back to front & my finger caught the loop of ring. @ that point, holy 💩, I need a nap now. The Dealership is huge, have some patience. With the Covid 19, it can & will stress all of us. Factory dealer parts & service are always hurt. Remember try to keep your cool also. I am honestly so disappointed with IRA Subaru. My experience buying my used Subaru was as average as any other car purchase, but then after I left things fell apart. There was a form that they forgot experience buying my used Subaru was as average as any other car purchase, but then after I left things fell apart. There was a form that they forgot to have me sign so they had to rush around to get my car registered, and then there were pieces missing from the car when I picked it up. I was promised two new head rests, a privacy shield, and the rubber cargo mat for the back of the trunk, and none of them were in the car. I was told they were on order and would be there in a few days, they'd call me. I let it slide because I needed my new car, and due to the pandemic shipping things can get delayed. A week later, and there was no phone call, so I called them. Got in touch with the parts department, and the parts were NEVER ordered. I spoke with the manager, confirmed the parts were actually ordered this time and then went to pick them up. Upon receiving the parts, you could clearly tell that they were just the pieces laying around the shop. The privacy shield looks like it's been through the ringer, and isn't even the one built for my car. You can CLEARLY tell that it an old garbage part, and yet they still PUT IT IN MY CAR. I'm so frustrated and angry about the treatment I've received from this Subaru dealership, and I sincerely hope that not all of them are as terrible as this one. If you have the option, go try your luck at ANY other Subaru dealership, but NOT THIS ONE. Ira Subaru may be nice to your face and willing to help, but the pleasant customer service clearly only applies when you still have money in your hands. Once they get it, you no longer matter. More

Quick & Easy Went in today for my oil change/tire rotation appointment and Jake met me right away, got me in & set my car up for service and when I asked about add Went in today for my oil change/tire rotation appointment and Jake met me right away, got me in & set my car up for service and when I asked about adding on a detail, was able to set me up with the right type of detail service for me for the day. Went home and he called me almost 2 1/12 hours later letting me know it was ready to go. Picking up my car was super easy and quick even though I spent almost half an hour having a laugh with him and the service manager, wish I got his name. First time there & definitely not my last :) More

Scammers I hate going to Ira Subaru Of Danvers, Stay far away from this dealership! I Purchased a brand new Subaru back in 2015, I left $1000 cash deposit, aft I hate going to Ira Subaru Of Danvers, Stay far away from this dealership! I Purchased a brand new Subaru back in 2015, I left $1000 cash deposit, after final paperwork was completed, I drove my new car home and then looked at paperwork again, the $1000 deposit was not credited/deducted to the purchase price. I had to call and fight for my deposit back, this took almost a month to resolve. Also, with this car I purchased their extended warrantee, which provides me warrantee repairs w/ zero deductible, every time, every car purchased over the years, I have to fight w/ advisors that #1 I have an extended warrantee and #2 I have zero deductible! I can see that I have the extended warrantee on your computer when they're writing up the work invoice!! I point this out to the advisor and they say...you have better eyes than me! not to mention that the car is still under manufacture's warrantee to begin with. This warrantee fight happens w/ every car I have purchased, I know it's my fault, it's my 5th Subaru so I know it's all on me for my continued stupidity for always purchasing a car at Ira Subaru of Danvers! While bringing in the car in for warrantee issues, I also took my other Subaru in for a quick look at, steering was becoming a problem, they had the car for almost 5 hours when they called me to let me know it needed a new drive belt w/ pulley for roughly $300 because belt was cracked but that wasn't the real issue, they also claimed that the transmission lines were leaking all over undercarriage and needed immediate attention at the price of $531 also head gaskets were leaking and also needed attention at the price of $1744. Stupid me almost had all the work done when the advisor claimed that if I didn't at least repair the leaky transmission lines that every time I braked I would be spurting transmission fluid onto the cars behind me and ruining everyone's paint job! What? HUH? Then I remembered that this car was in an accident a couple of months ago and the frontend was badly damaged, I just got whole frontend repaired, surely they would have noticed the leaking transmission, right? Plus my garage doesn't have any transmission fluid or any fluid on the floor, right then I said never mind, I will just junk the car or trade in for something else it's just not worth the money to repair, the advisor kept saying it will be a darn shame for you to bring your car in for a trade in and the transmission dies on you for not repairing, I said I will just have to take that risk. I then took the car over to another dealership to get trade in value, told new dealership what I was told, it had leaky transmission, they appraised the car, told me thank you for being honest w/ accident, etc and gave me a price and then said btw the transmission is not leaking, What? Huh? It isn't??? so then I took this "non-leaky transmission" to a mechanic in my neighborhood, left the car w/ him showing him the text of repairs needed from Ira Subaru Advisor, he called me an hour later stating I owe him $65.81 for a new drive belt, transmission dry as a bone, nothing loose nothing leaking and even tho Subaru is known for always having leaky head gaskets alas this car had no leaks anywhere. Every time I go for anything, sometimes just for an oil change, they tell me I need new tires, really, those tires only have 5K miles on them, you need a new air cabin filter, even show me a picture of a nasty cabin filter, really??? I just replaced that filter last week myself did it really get that dirty in a week sitting in my garage, you need new wipers, that's funny I just replaced those when I replaced the air cabin filter. I really don't understand why there's not some sort of expose on this dealership and their dirty dealings. I wasn't even going to post a review, I was just going to stop using Ira Subaru of Danvers but they just pulled the same crap on my mother-in law but sadly she ended up paying for these fake repairs and all she needed them to do was check the defrost (which she claims still isn't fixed) and ended up w/ new tires, new wipers, new air cabin filter, new brakes and she only has 20K miles. However, I do know that I will not be buying my sixth Subaru at Ira Subaru of Danvers and I just gave my mother-in-law the card for my new neighborhood mechanic. More
