I was greeted promptly for service by Kaleb who was very courteous and professional. Next I thought I might be interested in a lease. Find it odd that my car did not pass inspection because of wipers. I feeling i had not asked them to check k the wiper arm after having g my windshield replacement it would have passed. Seem toyota fails it's own inspection when you don't want to buy extra parts from them asihave had this happen before. They pass your first one but always tries to upset something on the 2nd. More

My wait was 2. 5 hours. It should have been half of that. I also feel that I was gouged on the billing. I had a state inspection, tire rotation and fuel injection cl 5 hours. You can get the same results from a gas additive for under $10.00! More
