Numerous phone calls were made to make sure this was going to be the case. Gave them part number and everything. Drove an hour and twenty minutes to be told they don't have the part. Waste of my time. Waste of my gas. Now I have to come back yet again when my work time is not in the way and drive another 2hrs and 20 minutes round trip to do what I was told was going to be done during this appointment. Again, we did our due diligence at every angle to make sure this appointment would be handled properly. Wont be back. Straight up lied to. Don't trust Ira Toyota More
After 2 months, got truck back finally . Felt like my warranty was a bother to deal with. In 30 years of owning cars I've never been told I will have to pay if my warranty company doesn' Felt like my warranty was a bother to deal with. In 30 years of owning cars I've never been told I will have to pay if my warranty company doesn't get their act together and that I will have to pay and seek reimbursement from warranty . They hate doing work on our truck because it has a plow . Always saying it shouldn't and it costs me money out of pocket for them to remove the plow frame . Glad I renewed my warrant and saved myself $8000 in repairs that i feel they kept finding . Service advisor always got back to me and I believe he worked hard but like most businesses these days everyone is bothered easily and wants the customer to do some of the work for them or just pay . Not happening with this woman. Lesson learned here : they get paid to work on, order parts and call warranty companies . Always follow up with your warranty before paying for anything !! To make sure it is or isn't covered !!! Read your contract !!!! More
They’re very easy to work with you tell them what you want and they work really hard to try to fit you in the right vehicle. The only complaint I have would be IRA sending me a text to tell me there where things that was being suggesting to do some other things that they had seen when doing there inspection. I didn’t see the text to tell me there where things that was being suggesting to do some other things that they had seen when doing there inspection. I didn’t see the text until about 20 -25 minutes before I answered. It would have been answered faster if I had been spoken too also. If your going to send a text I think the service person should come and talk to you about the other things that where found. More
