Pleasant, courteous, but high pressure. Lots of waiting (ie wasted time). It took 4 hours to complete the sale, and that is just awful. Incomplete or maybe borderline-deceptive information was provided re: extended warranties. Cost of ownership is NOT cost of potential repairs, as was implied by the finance dept. After I had agreed to buy the vehicle, I had to do all the calling back and checking in (both by phone and actually showing up at the dealership, over a two week period) to further the process. IRA never called me first with any updates or info. I'm also disappointed that both the remote start and the nav system (and who knows what else!) are apparently tied to apps and/or paid-subscription services. I was not told this, I do not have a smart phone, and I am unwilling to pay for what my old Garmin will do just fine. Again, this shows incomplete info being provided. This next thing didn't affect me at all, but it is funny. When I drove and agreed to buy the vehicle, it did not have any "ad" stickers on the windshield. But when I dropped in one day to see what was going on, it DID have all those stickers (in the back lot). Then they had to be removed again prior to delivery! This shows either lack of internal communication or just a waste of someone's time. I would recommend them, but reluctantly. Be prepared to spend lots of time, be ready to resist all the pitches, and do more up-front research than I did so you know what you're getting into. More

The service advisor Holly and the Master diagnostic technician Bob are Holly so patient and Kind working with the fleet Mangement company which is not always easy work with .Bob so thorough, competent technician Bob are Holly so patient and Kind working with the fleet Mangement company which is not always easy work with .Bob so thorough, competent and caring. I’ve done business with this Toyota since 2007- Bob has done 99% of the work in this car. Both Bob and Holly are Keepers and if possible should train others in great competent customer service! I went to this dealership to buy out a lease, which should not take too long. I had an appointment and stood at the front for 20 mins before anyone came over to the empty greeters desk to ask if I need should not take too long. I had to actively seek out my salesperson every 30-60 mins for any kind of update because they left us at their own desk and never came back. I have still been having issues with the lack of communication between their departments and Toyota Financial, I will never buy a Toyota again after this experience. More
