Great service today at Group 1 Toyota Saco! Scheduled online and when I arrived they estimated one hour. In one hour my car was ready and they even washed it. Couldn’t have been easier. Went to get car serviced. Noted how trunk door would sometimes shut with nothing blocking the way. Also noted how AC didn’t appear to be working properly. Frustrating to spend time out of work and grt nothing for it. More
Sales Representative was great. Had deal done in 90 mins. Then waited 2 hrs for sales manager. Needed follow up the next day for a minor concern. Very happy our battery was covered under warranty. Service writer was very helpful, friendly and great with follow up and communications. My biggest pet peeve is when I drop my car off for service a Service writer was very helpful, friendly and great with follow up and communications. My biggest pet peeve is when I drop my car off for service and get it back with the settings not set where they were when I dropped it off. We got a new battery and had to reset everything. While a battery might be an extreme, no effort appears to have been taken to try to update the settings to where it was. Other than that, service was A+. More
