We did not have available soda and we offered coffee or water at the time. Sir, Responding to your response on my review of customer service at your establishment. You explained that there was a backup of sales that night. If they were there, they were in spirit, I was the only one there from 6:30 pm to nearly 9 pm. THE ONLY ONE. I was a cash sale. No need to mess with financial decisions or additional paperwork. 10 minutes worth of work to enter it in. I watched him do it. In the mean time the salesman locked himself out of the building, TWICE. I was offered something to drink when I first sat down at 5 pm. Thinking I wouldn't be there almost four hours, I said I was fine. Once I declined the lifetime carpet protection on an already 12 yr old car that had no stains because it probably already had it, Ethan went out to clean the already clean car. I never saw the guy till hours later, when he was watching the game in back office. No explanation as to the delay. At 7pm I was outside sitting and I kept tripping closed hours motion security audio track warning people not to try to open car doors. Then after all that I'm being walked out and handed ONE set of keys. And the drivers side floor mat is missing. Look. You need to instruct your sales staff on better handling of its customers. Low sales points and high. When the floor is empty and there's one guy out there waiting on a cash sale that's a whole 10 minutes worth of work to get him on his way, that the 7 other sales that are not even there will matter.
