our Review: Bought a used 2014 Corolla, got my asking price, put $500 down and said I'd return next day with cash. That's was the end of the good experience. Got there the next day after work, at 5 pm. A price, put $500 down and said I'd return next day with cash. That's was the end of the good experience. Got there the next day after work, at 5 pm. Assuming paperwork was ready to just hand over the check/cash sign papers and go. NOPE. Waited nearly 4 HOURS, place closed at 6 pm. I'm the only one there. I was told I was, "next up", that was at 6:30 pm. No one else in the showroom, the back area, NOBODY BUT THE SCHMUCK behind the desk.and the kid who was the dealership's greeter, was there, watching a ballgame. Asked if they had a soda or water, was told that the vending machine was right over there. Financial guy shows up at 8:50 pm (pretty sure he went to dinner and came back). It takes him 15 minutes to do the paperwork, another 5 minutes to show me pictures of his Italian cruise, and I'm out the door at 9 pm. NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN. More
