Very happy our battery was covered under warranty. Service writer was very helpful, friendly and great with follow up and communications. My biggest pet peeve is when I drop my car off for service a Service writer was very helpful, friendly and great with follow up and communications. My biggest pet peeve is when I drop my car off for service and get it back with the settings not set where they were when I dropped it off. We got a new battery and had to reset everything. While a battery might be an extreme, no effort appears to have been taken to try to update the settings to where it was. Other than that, service was A+. More

Very poor communication from our service representative during our appointment today. We dropped off our 2022 4Runner off at 9:40 for a 10 AM appointment. After being told the work would take 1 hour to 1 during our appointment today. We dropped off our 2022 4Runner off at 9:40 for a 10 AM appointment. After being told the work would take 1 hour to 1.5hours to complete we decided to wait until our service was complete. After about an 45 minutes we received a text recommending 3 additional services that were flagged during the 75K mile service inspection. All other inspections and services had already been completed. Two of the additional 3 recommended services were air filters and the 3rd was to flush the brake fluid. We approved the additional work immediately at about 10:30. At around 11:30 after asking for an ETA our representative tells us that flushing the brake fluid takes about 1.5 hours ( I call xx on that). By now I'm pretty upset that he didn't tell us that when we gave the ok for the additional work. I asked again at a little after 12:00 and was told it was coming down off the lift as we speak. Same at 12:15 and 12:35 We didn't end up getting out bill and keys until 1:00. Still no explanation and the worst possible communication. More

I was greeted within 5 minutes and drove in and was helped immediately by a service member. Within 3 1/2 hours I had 2 recalls done, oil change and tire rotation.
