Service manager was great, Marc Howard Issac. But had appt for 10am, dropped off car - and it wasn’t ready until 4:15 for a 25000 mile service. Crazy! More

Tatiana was latest rep. She did a good job but I find it hard to believe no sticker was put on my truck even though it passed state inspection! Cracked tail light lens might cut Toyota employees? Be serious!!!

Hi, I am sorry your recent service did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide excellent service to each customer. I reviewed your service, and the services you requested, an oil change, a 4 wheel alignment, and a State Inspection generally take 2 ½ to 3 hours to complete. Our records indicate you checked in at 11:00am, and checked out at 1:49pm, a time of 2 hours and 49 minutes. I know you had some question about why we could not complete the State Inspection, and in reviewing the records I see you had a cracked taillight. Unfortunately, the State mandates that a vehicle with a cracked taillight has to be "Rejected". All State Inspections are digitally video recorded by the State, so there is no ability to bend the rules. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me via phone or email.
