The vehicle we purchased is good- Toyota has always been our preferred brand. The service however from this establishment was subpar and greatly lacking. We started and arranged our talk with an experie our preferred brand. The service however from this establishment was subpar and greatly lacking. We started and arranged our talk with an experienced/seasoned salesman, given a verbal agreement that things could be done before the time we needed (which did not happen), after driving 2 hours to get there we were passed to an inexperienced salesman, they debated us on several aspects of the vehicle, were unsure about certain aspects of the vehicle, but eventually we thought we got everything cleared for the car to be delivered the following week, left our check for the cars full amount, and returned home. Little did we know they would not be contacting us to provide updates- if people are paying thousands of dollars a daily text or email update isn't much to expect, especially with a deadline. Then they failed to get things done in a timely enough manner that it caused a whole 3, possibly 4 day delay in registration. This includes documents they needed to have us sign that no one called us about, just sent an email stating they were FedExing something that needed signature- these wound up being documents we could have printed and signed and faxed or even fedexed that morning, but instead didn't arrive until that afternoon and by then it was too late for a same day turn around. So the vehicle we expected to have before our trip was not available or even in our possession, which caused extra expenses and difficulty. Finally, upon delivery of vehicle is was early in the morning and our family had sat down for breakfast, so we accepted the car, ate, and then went to go really look at it. Within the hour we noticed that a large noticeable scratch was on it that had not been there the day we purchased it. Upon contacting to ask what happened/could it be arranged to be corrected locally, etc. We were dismissed and told a previous report stated there was a scuff there. However, in the walk through video and other photos in the sales ad this was not visible. Not had it been there during our in person inspection/ test drive. I feel because we were paying in full and not financing the 40k they didn't want to waste their time with us after they got our money. Truly disappointing service. This is not a money issue, but an integrity, accountability, and customer service complaint. The deals here might be with your time, but keep expectations low. My friend who was going to purchase there & has been witness to this 3 week long debacle has decided she's going elsewhere even if it costs a little more because she doesn't want to risk similar headaches.
