Even though I had an appointment to change a tire, it still took an hour and a half to do it. This was after the previous scheduled appointment that took another hour and a half to determine that I neede still took an hour and a half to do it. Very bad communication from start to finish. 11:00am appointment I called a 3 pm just starting to work on the car they said they would call within 1 hour.
