Brought my vehicle in for inspection. Service desk representative never called to let me know my car was done,said she called and left a message I showed her my phone, no calls no voice mail. Her reply was I hope you have a better day. Did not give me any paperwork on what work was done. When I opened my glovebox there is a metal cylinder with a lock I’d card. No mention of this either. Poor service not happy would not make eye contact with me. Very disappointed. I am guessing the work they performed was satisfactory. More
