Brought my vehicle in for inspection. Found check engine light on; stemming from stop- start system... they didn’t have facilities to fix issue but referred me to a nearby Jeep dealers Found check engine light on; stemming from stop- start system... they didn’t have facilities to fix issue but referred me to a nearby Jeep dealership and offered to reject vehicle, which I opted for since it allows 60 days to have vehicle repaired. Got service appt. at Jeep dealership within 60 day repair window. More

Service desk representative never called to let me know my car was done,said she called and left a message I showed her my phone, no calls no voice mail. Her reply was I hope you have a better day. Did not my car was done,said she called and left a message I showed her my phone, no calls no voice mail. Her reply was I hope you have a better day. Did not give me any paperwork on what work was done. When I opened my glovebox there is a metal cylinder with a lock I’d card. No mention of this either. Poor service not happy would not make eye contact with me. Very disappointed. I am guessing the work they performed was satisfactory. More
