General maintenance is good. Front desk staff is hit or miss. Checked box for waiting at dealership while my car is serviced. Over an hour after I dropped off car it still hadn’t been moved. ( 1 pm appointment, dropped off keys at 12:45, 2:05 pm still hadn’t been brought into shop) front desk agent said “ well an oil change can be up to 4 hours, had you opted to wait her it could’ve been 90 minutes.” ** I did wait here! In the parking lot and lobby! I will not be back to this particular dealership. More
