This dealership doesn’t understand the meaning of appointments and appointment times. I’ve now been here 3 times for maintenance services but have decided I’d rather take the 30 mile drive to the oth appointments and appointment times. I’ve now been here 3 times for maintenance services but have decided I’d rather take the 30 mile drive to the other dealership than go here again. Scheduled a 15,000 service appointment to rotate tires, top of fluids, etc. Appointment was at 10:20, called and got the appointment same day immediately. Dropped my truck off at 10 and went about my business. They send you a text with a number to text and a different number to call. Sent a text at around 12:30 and waited 2 hours for a response.. nothing. Around 2:30 I called the service department, it rang and rang and then went to voicemail but of course, the voicemail box was full. Did this about 4 times until I decided to text again. I had texted and said I had called several times and no one was answering and asked again when my truck would be ready for pick up. I got 4 calls immediately, keep in mind I was at work and work as a receptionist, I cannot take personal phone calls at work, hence why I was trying to text (was calling from the work phone). Either way, they call me a few times and then send me a text when I don’t answer that there was a “high volume of vehicles in today and my truck would be done around 3:30-4” What I don’t understand is why you have appointment times to begin with if the appointment doesn’t start at said time or even within the hour? Why wouldn’t you just have everyone drop off in the morning and tell them their vehicles will be done in the afternoon or at least give them the curtesy of letting them know it’s going to take all day? Why wouldn’t you contact me if things were taking longer that day? Why would it take 5+ hours to rotate tires and top fluids and how did I get an appointment 45 minutes after I called to schedule if you had so many vehicles? So many questions, no answers. I wasn’t able to pick up the truck that late so I responded that I would be picking up the truck at 3 and would not be utilizing services at this location anymore. I have the Toyota app on my phone that gives me notifications when my truck unlocks/locks, doors open, hoods open, etc. Maybe 2 minutes after I sent the text that I would be there at 3.. it was like magic! My truck unlocked and my hood was open. I wish I was joking. Got a text 20 minutes later that my truck was done and will be ready for pick up at 3. I get there to pick up and the phone was ringing off the hook , no one answering it. Absolutely ridiculous. I gave this dealership the benefit of the doubt the first 2 times I serviced with them. First time was the same thing, took all day for basic maintenance. Second one I decided to wait in their lobby to see if that would be any quicker and they didn’t open my hood for about 45-50 minutes while I was sitting there waiting (my app knows all) and it was done about 30 minutes after that. Waiting in the lobby for an hour and 20 minutes + for an oil change? I can do my oil change faster than that and I have no experience with automotive care and I’m a women. Will not be coming here again.. More

Within the last 6 months the service counter personal have been rude 3 times. The most recent one was last week, she was on a personal phone call for 4 mins, while I waited in front of her. I left and make the appointment online. Twice in the past 6 months my online appointments were canceled the day before because they didn't have enough mechanics. Between the cost and terrible customer service, I don't plan on using your dealership again. I've been using this dealership for the last 15 years at least, but it's not the same community feel anymore. More
