I liked this dealer until today when it took 8 hours for routine maintenance and the low oil, check engine, hybrid and brake system failure lights went on when I was driving home. My recent experience was unacceptable. Deceptive advertising was sent to lead me to believe I would be charged a very low service charge. A lot of turnover in the Service Dept. It is hard to build a relationship when that happens. Why did they leave? Low pay? Too much work? Tough work environment? Incompetence? Orleans Toyota was great for service the first several times we brought in our vehicle. However, the most recent visit resulted in a delay of four additional days beyond the expected service time. This was not due to parts, or any other expected delay. It was purely the result of a lack of communication, from one representative to the other, and to the mechanics completing the work. We had to stop three times before the vehicle was actually completed even though it was promised to us within 24 hours after each time we spoke with a service representative. Doug and Lily got us back on track, and we appreciate their efforts to finally get the work completed. More
