Went to Ira in Orleans for oil service. waited 3 hrs. Tech couldn’t get oil filter off with poss breaking housing. Came back 2 days later, they ordered a housing part. Dropped it off at 6:30 waited 3 hrs. Tech couldn’t get oil filter off with poss breaking housing. Came back 2 days later, they ordered a housing part. Dropped it off at 6:30 am , service said it would be ready by noon. Got the call approx 3pm . Settled up, left and within 5 mins got a call from service. The tech forgot to put my front tow units on! Back to TOYOTA and had another wait. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE, PERIOD.Poor communication with customers. I missed entire day landscaping Friday.
