Called the dealer in Hyannis and they said the wait would be several hours but the Orleans Toyota was much closer to me. Called their service department. A knowledgeable service person asked for basic information. She said come on in. Got there and found Sarah who knowledgeably diagnosed the issues and asked me to wait while the service technician brought in the car. About 30 minutes later, Sarah found me in the comfortable waiting room and told me that all tires were thoroughly checked and the sensor was reset. I was good to go. The cost was perfect! It was performed at no charge! Way to go Toyota of Orleans More

Mixed bag of service - arrived with a tire problem. Service person, Nicole, told me I had to get in line to get service. Apparently tire repair is not eligible for an appo - arrived with a tire problem. Service person, Nicole, told me I had to get in line to get service. Apparently tire repair is not eligible for an appointment as I requested to come back a different day. Tire service is not free-$40. Tire was repaired within 45 minutes-good service. However, it seems like you should be able to make an appointment for any paid service. Do they really want you to go to a tire place instead? Seems like the ” sales prevention department “. More

We have since moved an hour away but it is worth it to me to I have used Orleans Toyota Service for many years on several different cars I have owned. We have since moved an hour away but it is worth it to me to continue with the folks at Orleans Toyota Service. They are personable, knowledgeable, accommodating, and respectful of my time. Although I now have several local options for larger Toyota service departments, I will continue to drive to Orleans because I like and trust them. More
