Wow! What a great experience Had a problem with the tire sensors in my Lexus Nx200t while vacationing on the Cape. Called the dealer in Hyannis and they said the wait would be sev Had a problem with the tire sensors in my Lexus Nx200t while vacationing on the Cape. Called the dealer in Hyannis and they said the wait would be several hours but the Orleans Toyota was much closer to me. Called their service department. A knowledgeable service person asked for basic information. She said come on in. Got there and found Sarah who knowledgeably diagnosed the issues and asked me to wait while the service technician brought in the car. About 30 minutes later, Sarah found me in the comfortable waiting room and told me that all tires were thoroughly checked and the sensor was reset. I was good to go. The cost was perfect! It was performed at no charge! Way to go Toyota of Orleans More

Mixed bag of service - arrived with a tire problem. Service person, Nicole, told me I had to get in line to get service. However, it seems like you should be able to make an appointment for any paid service. Do they really want you to go to a tire place instead? Seems like the ” sales prevention department “. More
