Worst customer service! I was told to come in after 1pm to have my tires checked, that an appointment wasn’t necessary. Gina said it was going to be 30-45min. One hour and twenty minutes later I went to ask Gina about the status of my car. Unapologetically and with quite the attitude, she informed me they didn’t get to it just yet. I told her i couldn’t wait any longer, that it was my worst experience ever and that she could have told me a lot sooner of the situation. I’ve never felt more disrespected! More

This information will come in handy to other customers who buy this model car but I have had this car for over 2 years now and still love it.
