Electrical system died with alternator failure. Principal contact Gina at Orleans Toyota referred me to Tony Carter at the service counter and he handled the car servicing promptly and pleasantly and I had my car back by Tuesday morning. More
Need a new check in policy I went in and stood in front of 3 people for several minutes before I was acknowledged. There were 4 people at the front (5) if you count the guy look I went in and stood in front of 3 people for several minutes before I was acknowledged. There were 4 people at the front (5) if you count the guy looking at me from behind a desk. One woman was busy.... the only person that had people in front of her. One was totally absorbed in her computer screen. The other two... male and female on the left were doing who knows....after several minutes the woman said we will be with you but dealing with a person on hold. Really!! They need to acknowledge people when they come into service and not forget who pays their salaries. Don’t know if I will be back after buying several cars from them More
