Wonderful customer service we Michiganders came in with no appointment because of a check engine light that turned on and was in need of a part that needed to be ordered and wou we Michiganders came in with no appointment because of a check engine light that turned on and was in need of a part that needed to be ordered and would take 3 days to arrive due to the weekend. 😟. Despite this, they were determined to have us fixed up and back on the road! The customer service (Dave, Nicole, and another mechanic) did their best in helping us while short handed to try and find a solution. They scoured the lot for any used vehicles so they could swap the part but none matched my 6 cylinder tacoma. Low and behold, their was a tacoma that was traded in the day before, what are the chances? So, they got to work and George dropped us off to get some delicious burritos and picked us up less than an hour later and when we arrived back, they had bought us a beautiful boquet of flowers in a cute nautical vase we will forever keep! So our little wedding get away fairytale continued and we were able to get married the next day! Thank you Orleans Toyota and the special crew who worked their magic for us! We are truly grateful and we now have another story to tell! More
