They never called to address the battery recall on my rav 4.when i asked today while getting it inspected,they said " there's nothing we can do". Honestly? I don't speak jibberish-which is their language More

Good afternoon sir, The recall being referred to for your vehicle is currently in an interim status meaning that we are waiting for Toyota to develop a repair process and parts that may be needed to do a repair. Unfortunately until the recall is in an active status our hands at the dealership level are tied. You should receive a notification letter from Toyota once the recall becomes available.
