Dealership is clearly trying to scam customers into purchasing unnecessary "services". "Technician" brought out "fluid samples" that were supposedly from my vehicle, but clearly did not match what was purchasing unnecessary "services". When confronted with my questions to visually see the samples collected from my car, manager claimed that the technician provided samples from another vehicle by accident. Poor way of covering tracks. This place is no different than any scumbag private shop, they are out to get your money any ways possible..honest or not. Two thumbs down. More
