I've had a great experience having my Volvo serviced at Volvo Village of Norwell over the past several years. Their service team is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are willing to take the time to explain any service items that need to be done to my car and never try to "upsell" or pressure me on anything that I don't need. My car is always ready at the estimated time and there are never any "surprises" on my bill when I go to pick it up. The last time I went in for service I worked with Martha Trickler and she was wonderful. Also, when I brought back my loaner car, I had several things to transfer back to my car and Matt was right there asking if he could help me with the transfer. I highly recommend this dealership and service department!! More

Went in to have my oil changed, new tires and rear cargo tray on my Volvo XC90V8. I was also have some issues with my starter and seat controls. When I came in to pick up my car Courtney explained my bill and I was really happy with my entire experience. I was also offered a FREE trade appraisal. The sales managers Steve & Sherine were quick with my appraisal and gave my statistical data to explain the trade value. All in all a great experience. They said I would make it until my next oil change and it would be around $700. My husband called our local mechanic and was quoted a price of $400. Last week I dropped my car off to my local mechanic for an oil change and the recommended brake work. I got a call from my mechanic telling me my brakes are fine. I should know nothing is free and the dealer wants to get you in and sucker you in! More
