I was in the market back in April since my i3 lease was ending in a few months. I got in contact with William Yen who was very knowledgeable and helped me out greatly in answering all my questions to try t ending in a few months. I got in contact with William Yen who was very knowledgeable and helped me out greatly in answering all my questions to try to find a car that was right for me. I settled on an M340i but wasn't happy with any of the stock, color and option-wise, that was available at the time. Will helped me order a new vehicle with all the options that I was interested in and made changes without issue, even with my constant changes to the build. He kept me updated throughout the ordering process on what stage the vehicle was at, giving me the ship carrier name, and when my vehicle was due to be delivered before I asked. Even as the car market worsened, he kept his word on keeping the initial discount we negotiated prior to ordering the car and got me in and out quick from the dealer. He even made sure my request to not have the car washed and front plate drilled was followed. If you're in the market now or in the future, definitely hit up William Yen. After having a terrible, terrible experience at South Bay BMW in Torrance, I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Irvine BMW. I am a huge car fanatic, and have had many cars over the years. Probably the worst part of owning vehicles is the shopping process. That is not the case at Irvine BMW. For reference, I have purchased 12 vehicles over the last 15 years, and four BMWs over the last three years for our household. A little excessive? Yes! But I also have a pretty good idea of many dealerships across Southern California, between Los Angeles and San Diego. Those experiences have ranged from awful, to mediocre, good and exceptional. Of all my purchases, my experience at Irvine BMW stood out as the best ever. I cannot say enough how quick, efficient, professional and on the ball they were. That is not an easy thing to find these days, and I have never had such a quick experience ever. This was all facilitated by my sales rep, Michael Poirier, Who is by far the most courteous, prompt and professional sales representative I have ever worked with.
